GCL-Poly signs long-term supply contracts with several leading solar module manufacturers
GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited (“GCL-Poly”, stock code: 3800.HK) today announced that it has signed long-term supply contracts with Jinko Solar (NYSE: JKS), GD Solar, Tongwei Solar, and Hareon Solar (SHA: 600401).
According to the agreements, GCL will supply approximately 9.3GW of high efficiency wafers and polysilicon materials to these companies between 2014 – 2016 and GCL will receive certain amount of advanced deposits. At the same time, GCL will co-operate with these companies in the areas of R&D and supply chain management.
